Stomach pain like hell

1st time sit exam feel uncomfortable until like this
Although I ate much pepper and drink much of water dy..
Everything just same
Feels of pain never decrease
Sucks
Feel I gonna die
How long did i never try pain till like this
I dint drink much cold drinks before
Why still like this?
Cause of i dint take my medicine?
I'm lazy to eat my medicine everyday every month
God, please dont treat me like this
Im enough pain for this
Lying on bed for the whole day after school
Like a patient
Damn it
It is really pain
Someone please take away the pain please
